"Motordetal" at the global Russian "Mentor" forum

"Mentor - 2018" is the first all-Russian forum aimed at developing a professional mentoring environment. The forum, organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, was held from 13 to 15 February 2018. Event has gathered more than a thousand specialists, related to the practice of mentoring. German Germanovich Smirnov, specialist in production training has taken part in the forum representing our company.



Participation at the “Mentor” forum was organized by the Administration of the Kostroma region. The group included representatives from various organizations for secondary professional education, as well as additional education and many others related to the job professional guidance for young people. "Motordetal" became the only industrial enterprise that represented our region.
