In 2016 the ultrasonic defectoscope has been acquired. The device sends the ultrasonic impulses which are than reflected in the screen in the form of the chart. This equipment checks the possible appearances of cold shut, a scales or cracks around a ring carrier insert. The insert has to be a solitary part with a piston body otherwise production with defects is rejected.
