The X-ray quality control has been introduced

In order to bring the quality control standards to a higher level, the use of new X-ray equipment has recently commenced. The cooling channel of all pistons produced is exposed to an X-ray in order to trace the presence of salt residues. The monitor displays an enlarged three-dimensional image of the piston, which can be rotated if necessary. Control is carried out by a specialist visually. All casted pistons are subject to obligatory inspection.
