Certification and Quality
The reality of modern markets is that a manufacturer of automotive components would not succeed on the international scene without conformance to stated requirements and standards.
ISO/TS 16949
One of the most important certificates is ISO/TS 16949 quality management system standard.
This certificate was prepared by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA). It specifies particular requirements for quality management systems of automotive manufacturing plants: pre-production samples testing, a product approval process, a measurement system analysis, requirements for laboratories, etc.
The approved ISO/TS 16949 certificate means the highest level of production and a quality management system (QMS) at a plant.

ISO 14001:2015
ISO 14001:2015 specifies strict requirements for an environmental management system at a plant. The certificate refers not to a product but its production process: a company’s compliance with environmental laws, an establishment of effective production, reporting, involvement of personnel, etc.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 means a high level of a quality management system (QMS) at a plant: a planning system, a document flow, a control, and QMS efficiency increase. The certificate is required when supplying products around the world.

It is necessary to highlight the Kolbenschmidt certificate proving our exclusive partnership. Since its establishment, Motordetal has received access to developments and innovations of the German manufacturer. It means trust and confidence in quality and opportunities of our production.
Besides the certification audits, there are also audits of our partners. Auditors of our customers such as Ford, Volkswagen, Renault-Nissan, YAMZ, ZMZ and others visit the Motordetal plant several times a year. Auditors estimate all stages of production: from casting and quality control to storage of finished products.
